Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Nimbus Solutions LLC, 100 Gold Ave SW Ste 102 #22, Albuquerque, NM 87102-3475, USA ("we", "us", "VoiceLingua"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

VoiceLingua is a software-as-a-service application that provides voice transcription, translation, text reformulation, text-to-speech and language-learning features (flashcards and contextual explanations). The service is available on Windows and Android.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use VoiceLingua. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense or expose the VoiceLingua API or output as your own service;
• Submit audio that is illegal, or that records third parties without their consent;
• Record or transcribe other people without their knowledge and consent where required by law;
• Circumvent quotas, rate limits or technical protections;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models.

Additional rules are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Plans, Billing and Renewal

Paid plans (Personal and, when available, Pro) are billed through Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable VAT and sales taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Transcriptions, translations, reformulations and explanations are generated by automated AI systems and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. VoiceLingua must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial or other critical decisions. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

VoiceLingua, its software, design and content are owned by Nimbus Solutions LLC. VoiceLingua is a trademark of Nimbus Solutions LLC. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from /account/delete/. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Any material change will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before it takes effect.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), seated in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
