Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when you try a paid plan. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund. It applies to purchases of the Personal and Pro plans, billed through Paddle.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of a Personal or Pro plan. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund it.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account at /account/. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund.
3. Renewals
Renewal periods are non-refundable once the 14-day window of the first purchase has passed. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order ID (shown on the Paddle receipt you received by email). We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. EU / UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use the service you ask us to begin performance immediately; the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has been substantially consumed — specifically once more than 50% of your monthly audio quota has been used within the period.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
